Update photo or Aperture to the latest version, and then open your library. To check for updates in photo, open the photo menu and choose Check for Updates. In Aperture, head to the Aperture menu instead. (The latest version of photo is 9.6. 1, and the latest version of Aperture is 3.6.)
Control-click the photo Library. Choose Show Package Contents from the contextual menu. Drag (to move) or Option-drag (to copy) the Masters folder to the Desktop or to another drive. Launch the latest version of photo 9 and import that Masters folder. Or launch Photos and do the same.
