It has always been a pleasure. It's very easy to navigate the sight. I really like that! I have never been disappointed. They always are able to accomadate me.
I love the program, would be easier to fill dates on my form if I could type the date without the scrolling box. I also wish it was a smoother flow to save/print and back.
I was in a jam! Law School needed me to fill out three documents and sign them and return. The only problem was that I did't have a fax, or scanner. With PDF filler I accomplished my mission at a fraction of the time and cost.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. Great Product And Support
I have used pdFiller for several years and loved the product. It is a great product and great value as well. I only had to deal with customer support once and had a 10+ experience. Sally was terrific. I would recommend this product to anyone who deals with a lot PDF files. And the customer service is #1.
Help me get a deliverable done in time
I've only used it for 30 minutes or maybe an hour but it has helped me merge a bunch of PDFs that I was having issues with and needed t get dne iin time for a contract delivery.

Extremely user friendly and extremely helpful. Especially when there isn't a printer and scanner handy and you're in a hurry to fill out a form.
Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.
What do you like best?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!
