I was happy to know I could use a blank form to enter my new figures when I had to file an amended form for both the Federal and State Taxes for 2014. Thank you.
I am am extremely impressed with this service. Very easy to use. I recommend this to any private person and businesses seeking a convenient document fill product.
Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.
I have used it almost every day for over a week to fill out forms. I find it to be a bit awkward at times but I'm getting better at finding my way around. I will continue to use it.

I was just on the phone and wrote back to congratulate the customer service rep on my call. I was very nervous about making sure my document was sent properly because a 5 year deal is riding on it. She helped calm me and understand things were handled properly. Bravo!

It did the work as I wanted it to provide me. I will still use it for more tasks and hopefully it stands to its reputation, functionality, and super-low to free trial time length because I am still just a student.
