It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky
Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.
First time I have had to do the 1023ez on line, so was not confident. I did need help and ya'll certainly gave me the help I needed. I really appreciate your help and the quick responses.
Amazing customer support
I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.
A good pdf editing platform
After reading the reply from pdf filler I have decided to change my initial rating,Thanks for responding and clearing the problem up
It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve.
