excellent customer service! they go beyond any expectation, absolutelly recomended. the help me to close ans account that i lost access due email shutdown and refund for the bill. Didnt expected. I like that I can create a fillable PDF and merge documents together. This program has a lot of good features that other companies don't offer.
It works. After dealing with another program for five years, that suddenly became dysfunctional as they upgraded, we are happy to have landed into your world.
I used it for my rental application and lease. The app at times was very slow to open. that's why I rated it a 4/5. Other then that it was easy to use.
Actual Customer Support
I sent a question in via their form, and honestly expected a "word search" systemic response. Not only did I get a issue-specific response, the corrective actions were clear and documented with screen shots, making it easy for me to correct my mistake and move forward.
