I like the site and the program. I do not appreciate being told of the cost until I had invested significant time filling it out. Not nice. Felt compelled to buy product - not fair.
P.S. Even though I felt I had to buy it, I like it and have since used it multiple times.
With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. This is the greatest website I've found in my 21 professional years. It has saved me so much time and effort I can't believe it. PRICELESS!!!!
User Friendly
Super easy to use. I needed to send a document to a customer for them to sign. I didn't need to take time for them to come to the office and they could continue with their busy day with only a 1 minute interruption.
The site was a little bit slow
The site was a little bit slow, but it had tons of useful features, and I found the user interface much more intuitive than Adobe reader. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Not instinctive but...
Not instinctive but the simple instructions helped me figure out what I needed to do to get the results I needed. Once I got that, it was easy as pie!
Good facilities and free trial welcome. Request for Rating a bit quick though! Comprehensive system that you can use at different levels, from basic form-filling to online collaboration and submission.

pdfFiller has helped me so much with working from home. Switching technology, updating documents and signing forms was not always smooth, but this pdfFiller kept work going.
There are some minor things I have not figured out how to do. Not sure yet if they are just missing features, or just not readily available in a way that I was expecting.
