I would recommend, with caveats about the cost based on how much it would be used. Many government forms and other PDFs are already fillable, so PDFfiller isn't needed that often for the average person. However, it was very nice to use.

Easy and convenient
I usually use free apps because they're free, but this program is worth the money. I do a LOT of paperwork on the daily, so this makes life much easier.
I had to do profit and loss statements for my boss but I did not know how to change the form itself as a template. I needed more time to get help but I was in a hurry.
I needed a HIPAA compliant PDF editor and found this one. Lost the document I was working on but was helped by chat and got it back. Very relieving!
