I never got the code in my email to complete the emailing of the document to the tenant. Other than that I love the ease of using it. I hope to get help with emailed code soon.
Obviously, the sales portion of the Web site needs clarifying, but customer support could not have been more generous and quick in solving my misunderstanding. Wish all companies did as fine a job.

I sent an email. Sara could not have been more helpful. My subscription was canceled, and I received an immediate return of the fee. Very happily satisfied.
