It has been exceptional EXCEPT it was a little underhanded the way you tell the user how much it will really cost. NOT Free as advertised. I am okay with it but thought it should be state up front.

I found it a bit difficult to navigate text changes and then the printed format is not the correct size needed for the IRS. I had to spend time reopening on desktop to make changes and print.

What do you like best? Simple, online services that can be accessed anywhere as long as you're online, Really helpful for road-warriors, salesman on the go. User friendly and output file as your preferred file-type. What do you dislike? Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. Also would be great if can be exported in secure PDF What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Online pdf modifying, filling and file conversion as needed, awesome services that is really benefited for small enterprise,or individual business. Productive, efficient yet effective tools

This website is awesome for any pdf… This website is awesome for any pdf files that need to be edited. I had a few problems along the way but once you figure it out and get use to it, its a breeze.

This is all new to me and didn't know… This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.

So far so good.. So far so good. Actually of every editable pdf or doc app out there, this one has by far so many options you can choose from to suit your editing needs

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but... It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
