It has always been a pleasure. It's very easy to navigate the sight. I really like that! I have never been disappointed. They always are able to accomadate me.
Had a problem with being unable to save a document. However Sam
on the chat line was very helpful (although we could not recover it) and suggested changing the input from javascript to 'flash'. I have now managed to save it.
Easy to use no time at all to adjust to figuring out the layout and process of using the system and the trial is great to see if you are applicable with using it highly recommended.
Highly will recommend to others. Easy to use, and I just enjoy the fact that I can edit the text box to where I want to put it and being able to change the size of the box. There are ,of course, more features, but this is feature by far has been the one I been using the most.
What do you like best about the product?
I would say what is most helpful is being able to edit all PDF, and it is simple and user-friendly. Works quickly and is very cheap. I would definitely continue to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing really. I have not had any issues with the software. I guess it could be a bit cheaper, but for all of the different capabilities, I think it is a great price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of being able to edit and fill in PDF without creating an entirely new document, or having to write it in and scan it in, definitely has helped my business
I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.
Payment issue dealt with swiftly
After both my cards being declined to register my subscription, I went onto the online support chat. Kara was super helpful and quick to deal with my issue - very professional and friendly. This was just new to me so it has taken me a lot of time to navigate around to do what I needed to do. I'm sure with some use and training it will be very easy to use. I have accomplished filling in the form but I'm trying to see how to get the new file name to appear as a download on my computer, so this is what I'm working on now.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.
