ITS PRETTY GREAT, THERE ARE A FEW FEATURES I WOULD LIKE, INCLUDING AN ONLINE MANUAL AND THE ABILITY TO MOVE TEXT BOXES ONCE THEY ARE FILLED OUT. THERE COULD ALSO BE AN ABILITY TO PAY PER FORM AS I PROBABLY WON'T BE FILLING OUT PDFS FREQUENTLY ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY MONTHLY PAYMENTS.
I am new and will attend the webinar soon . I think I need it to understand getting around. Your Service people have been very helpful and patient with me thus far. Thanks
Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). It is impossible of find the document I am seeking and all I am getting is a WASTE OF MY TIME!!! The website is incredibly difficult to navigate!!!!! I don't think I am getting much value for the money I spent to print just one document!!! After this horrible experience SUPPORT STAFF was able to assist me in accessing the necessary document and getting it filled out to me the deadline. SUPPORT STAFF is very knowledgeable and were able to resolve the problem quickly!!! Count me a happy customer!!!
The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.
Sloppy Documents No More!
It's extremely easy to use and affordable. Worth every penny for our Real Estate team. We go through a ton of documents and PDFfiller keeps us looking professional and not sloppy like some agents we do business with. Professionalism is everything in our line of work.

Billing and printing issues
Just what I have been looking for
Just what I have been looking for. Very easy to operate once you get the swing of it. Typing over erasures may be a bit tricky, but you have to insert text in a blank space and then you will be abe to move your text over the erasure without any difficulty.
I think PDFfiller is a good product. They have so many features, it just take you a little while to get around. I will recommend this product to anyone.
