So far it works great! There's a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to chat with a support rep even though it was late at night. He helped explain how I could achieve my goals for our Robotics team engineering notebook forms.

Great service and free trial is a long period of time verses only a few days. Simple to use and simple to cancel subscription through support center or chat.
aomw kinks. the fillable form doesn't work for distibuting to multiple clients as it saves the info the last client entered presenting high-risk for data breach
