I love it. I will definitely renew when the time come. The Military offer me a free site for forms filler but I can never open it on my personal computer. I have to use it on the government issued computer.
What do you like best?
Ability to create templates (e.g. for billing) and changing dates when needed.

too much to choose from when importing records from the library

Able to access files and email or fax at will when on the road.

Haven't had the opportunity to try and use the PDF Filer yet, but it appears to be surprisingly easy to use.

The only thing that I was unsure of was how to request a signature, and if the recipient would be able to sign it in pdfFiller.

The experience was great. The software seems to be of very high quality. I am a very infrequent user though and cannot justify keeping a subscription.
