So far so good... I could not find anything that said I have to pay AFTER I filled out a form. After I informed PDF of this situation they said I should have found it here and there. Anyway, they gave me a free months time and I filled out the form and downloaded it. Works great!!! I would recommend it... Thanks PDF...

It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. Plus I'd like to put our new patient forms on our website for patients to fill in electronically! Thank you!

It makes is so much easier to complete, manage and print a UB 04. I have never done it before, and have been stressing over it. This site has made it much easier.

What do you like best?
This program is user friendly. Very easy to use with icons and symbols that make to simple to navigate and get the document filled in, saved, emailed or printed very easily. I highly recommend this program for any size business that has PDF documents to fill out

Awesome experience with pdffiller
My experience with pdffiller was great. After trying the app, I realised that I didn't need it. As I didn't cancel the subscription, I was charged when trial period was over. An invaluable resource for filling out forms. Incredibly fast customer service that is exceptional in handling your needs. In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them. They treat their customers with respect and attention, satisfying their needs quickly and efficiently. More companies could learn from them on how to conduct business.

Extremely helped my job at work and home! Great one!
