It was wonderful using the form to fill in my information, however, I was shocked to learn at the end that I am required to joint for a fee or my document would be unprintable. You should notify a person first there is a fee in case they have no money to pay your fee or do not wish to pay when you can print these forms out from many sources and fill in by using a pen.

I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. Plus I'd like to put our new patient forms on our website for patients to fill in electronically! Thank you!

This program is user friendly. Very easy to use with icons and symbols that make to simple to navigate and get the document filled in, saved, emailed or printed very easily. I highly recommend this program for any size business that has PDF documents to fill out

Awesome experience with pdffiller
My experience with pdffiller was great. After trying the app, I realised that I didn't need it. As I didn't cancel the subscription, I was charged when trial period was over. In this day and age when companies can treat you like a number, it is nice to know that PDF Filler is not one of them.
