4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

Life made easy
If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form.
It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at.
Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. The only complaint that I have is that in the editing section it isn't user friendly. For me I had to just rewrite my whole paragraph since it wasn't easy to just copy and paste! Otherwise I am really pleased with the pdf revise site.Jacqueline Radell- McRaney

I like the easy of use of the interface and the user friendliness of the product.

The need to install java is the one thing I dislike about this product

Stop hesitating about whether this product will meet your needs, it will! Trust me. Act on your intuition and just try it. You will not want to stop after that have tried!
I think it is a better product that Adobe because of the price point and the many options that are available. I love the send to capture signature feature where this product allows you to get the signature of someone who does not even have the product at all.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Digital signatures and workflow becomes so much smoother using this product. I have also used it to do registration of students now we are working virtually - parents file the form out and I get notifications that they have completed the process so I can then pick up the completed form. This has worked great for some business needs that surfaced because of the current pandemic! I love this product!
