I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I've used pdffiller almost a year. Works pretty good.
Available anywhere. Document storage is good. Login in is easy. Options are many especially what can be done after the document is finished.
Time to load documents Too many clicks (four) to get it to print. Can't arrange folders to my liking.

Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.

Hoe bewerk ik WooCommerce meldingen?
Stel nieuwe Winkelwagenteksten in door naar WooCommerce > Winkelwagenteksten te gaan, waar je een lijst van je huidige Winkelwagenteksten ziet en je je meldingen kunt toevoegen, bekijken, bewerken, in-/uitschakelen en verwijderen.
Hoe pas ik mijn WooCommerce-meldingen aan?
Navigeer naar Site-instellingen > WooCommerce > Meldingen. Klik vanaf daar op het + pictogram in het veld Meldtype. U kunt vervolgens de meldingen toevoegen die u wilt stylen. Een voorbeeldmelding voor het geselecteerde type wordt weergegeven in de hoofdeditor.
