I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I am happy with how to fill out the health claim form template. It is user-friendly and reliable. It is a little slow to open documents and I waste some time looking for the right one. I don't like the organization system and I haven't figured out Templates. I am not looking for a practice management system so I like buying only what I need. Overall, I like the app and I paid for a year subscription.

Well, this is my first experience and it was very well, although I will be sure of this assestment until I receibe the opinion of my coleges since they will read the edited pdf.
What I think that PdfFiller is doing well? Well let me have another edition experience and I will be on the condition to answer this question.
The only thing that I didn't like, was that I select the option to pay 15 dlls and the charge to my credit card was almost twice.

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.

I liked their services
I liked their services, but didn't need them long term. I had thought that I had canceled my account right afterward, but still was charged when the trial period was up. I contacted them on a Sunday, expecting it to take a few days and be a nightmare. Even though it was the weekend they had it taken care of and refunded to me within a few hours!
