I wish there was a way to access a blank 2019 W-2 form. The first form came up as 2019, but the only way I found to create 2019 for the other employees was to duplicate that first one and modify for the additional person. If not for that quirk, I would have given 5 stars.

What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

Love the software
Love the software. Earlier I wrote that the software was difficult to navigate. I would like to rescind that statement. It was user error on my part. The software is very easy to navigate and I really, really like this product a lot.

a little hard to figure out at first but once I got the hang of it was great. Like the variety offorms tonselect from, some forms could be a bit more specific but other than thaat I love the program.

This app is not flooded with ads and/or private tools as far as I could check
I just needed to merge stuff and this website (didn't know it, it just popped after a simple search) showed me tutorials for all the tools they have to make my documents complete and personalized as needed. I am here because we live in an era where an app that does not flood you with advertisement and charge your for each tool available calling some of them 'premium' or 'plus' or 'pro max' is RARE. I want to be explicitly thankful about this. Useful for the purpose of being useful. Didn't believe stuff like this existed anymore.

Hoe kopieer ik zonder het lettertype te veranderen?
Als je de tekst wilt plakken en de opmaak wilt behouden, kun je de sneltoets Ctrl + V gebruiken. Dit plakt de tekst met de opmaak intact. Je kunt ook de sneltoets Ctrl + Shift + V gebruiken om tekst zonder opmaak in een leeg document in Microsoft Word te plakken.
Hoe kopieer en plak ik zonder de opmaak te verstoren?
De Plakopties-knop laat je opmaakopties selecteren en is standaard ingeschakeld. Als je de knop niet ziet, is deze mogelijk uitgeschakeld. Zet de Plakopties-knop aan Ga naar Bestand > Opties > Geavanceerd. In de sectie Knippen, kopiëren en plakken, selecteer Toon de Plakopties-knop wanneer inhoud wordt geplakt. Selecteer OK.
Hoe kopieer ik tekst met hetzelfde lettertype?
Methode 1: Voeg elke keer een shift toe. In sommige — maar niet alle — apps, wanneer je Ctrl-V (Win)/Cmd-V (Mac) indrukt, kun je ook Shift indrukken. Dit activeert “Plakken en stijl overeenkomen”, wat de tekst omzet naar dezelfde stijl als het bestemmingsdocument.
Waarom verandert mijn opmaak wanneer ik kopieer en plak?
Tekst neemt de stijl van het ontvangende document aan. Tenzij je anders hebt gekozen, is al je tekst in de stijl Normaal. Dus wanneer je je tekst in het andere document plakt, neemt het de opmaak van de Normaal-stijl in dat andere document aan.
Hoe kopieer en plak ik zonder wijziging van opmaak?

Gebruik de Opmaakpenseel om snel dezelfde opmaak, zoals kleur, lettertype en grootte, of randstijl toe te passen op meerdere stukken tekst of afbeeldingen. Met de opmaakpenseel kun je alle opmaak van één object kopiëren en toepassen op een ander—beschouw het als kopiëren en plakken voor opmaak.
