It was really easy to fill out the forms and print them. Normally, I wouldn't spend money for this type of service, as I can just print the PDF document from the internet. This time, however, I just didn't want to have to write all the information. PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.

Zip Files - have to open and resave docs needed for uploading to other sources.

Must be familiar with Zip files; Dashboard is super user-friendly; would not recommend for an occasional user - should have consistent need for the various services it provides.

Excellent for contracts and any paperwork.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

Easy to use!
Had to create my first fillable PDF form and I was dreading it. I couldn't believe how easy it was! Took less than 20 minutes to complete my 6 page form!
