I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

Makes creating and filling out forms a breeze!
Overall, if you need to have PDF forms in your life, you couldn't ask for a better solution than this. I'm just waiting for the day when it the basic version isn't free anymore--let's hope it never comes!
We live in the twenty-first century. So few things rankle me more than seeing someone's sent me a Word document and pretended it's a form. The same is true for people who send me PDFs and expect me to print and fill them out by hand. PDFfiller is the solution to all these problems and more. It makes the sending and receiving of forms so easy that even a kid could do it.
I really have no complaints about PDFfiller. It does what it needs to do quickly and easily, and it didn't take me long to learn how to use it. Even things that once seemed formidable to me (for instance, the dreaded splitting and combining of PDFs) is easy with PDFfiller.

What do you like best?
The best feature is that you can use the check and cross marks easily!
What do you dislike?
I dislike the fact that there isnt a hand-free drawing feature. I wish I could draw lines and curves on top of some pictures, for example!

I use it to grade my students papers in Pdf. It is easier to attach hand written exercises to pdf, and then go directly to pdffiller.

Great customer service. My Employer needed a form off their website, and he had signed up for the subscription, the following month his credit card **** was almost a thousand dollars- so, myself, the office manager, I knew my boss only needed the one form he went on the website for, I went on the site,started talking to a live help agent, (very nice and helpful) I explained the situation, was asked basic information, and was told within 5 to 7 days the refund would be back to my boss's institution. Without any issues, or problems. This company is very helpful and has GREAT Customer Service! 5 stars plus! thank you!

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Hoe bescherm ik mijn PDF-document met een wachtwoord?
Open de PDF en kies Gereedschappen > Beveiligen > Versleutelen > Versleutelen met Wachtwoord. Als je een prompt ontvangt, klik dan op Ja om de beveiliging te wijzigen. Selecteer Vereis een Wachtwoord om het Document te Openen, typ vervolgens het wachtwoord in het bijbehorende veld.

voeg een extra beveiligingslaag toe aan uw documenten met de versleutelde map van 's. Om de versleutelde map te activeren, voert u uw mobiele telefoonnummer in. Zodra u de activatiecode heeft ontvangen, kunt u een wachtwoord voor de map aanmaken en bevestigen. Om documenten aan de versleutelde map toe te voegen, verplaatst u ze vanuit een andere map. Vergrendel de versleutelde map door op het sleutelpictogram te klikken of wacht tot deze automatisch vergrendelt na 10 minuten inactiviteit. Nu zijn uw documenten veilig opgeslagen in de versleutelde map en verschijnen ze niet in mijn documenten. Toegang tot ze krijgt u door het wachtwoord in te voeren dat u heeft ingesteld.
