I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

Stupid-Easy to use
Very easy to get used to.
This should be called PDF-Text for Dummies.
I literally had this program up and running in less than 5 minutes of downloading and installing it.
Wish it was a little cheaper.
If you are not using it often it hard to justify the monthly cost.
It may be better to go with the annual subscription instead of the monthly in some cases.

This is a very good pdf creator. Relatively straightforward to use. I just don't need this functionality right now, and the team was super helpful and fast in responding to my request. They're good people!

What do you like best?
Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction.
What do you dislike?
Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients.

The need to create customized forms for each client. Saves time during client communication to easily share a link via email, client portal or text message. Streamlines our processes and increases efficiency for team with access to completed documents. Great benefit for routine business operations with forms that we use daily for multiple lines of service.

I apparently didn't understand the subscription options either, like other reviewers. But after seeing unexpected charges on my CC statement I contacted them and they immediately reversed the charges. Efficient, professional, no problem. I think the subscription charges/contracts could be clearer, but on the other hand I was moving pretty fast so maybe it was my error solely. Anyway, no harm no foul. The product itself worked fine. I have no comparison so all I can say is it functions and got my job done.

(Optioneel) Klik op de afbeelding om deze te markeren, klik vervolgens op de menu-pijl om de bestandsnaam te bewerken, een korte beschrijving toe te voegen of het document aan een Bibliotheekmap toe te voegen. Klik op Bestanden uploaden. Klik op Gereed om terug te keren naar uw Bibliotheek.

Hoe voeg ik een document toe in Constant Contact?
Markeer de tekst waaraan je je document wilt koppelen en klik op het linkpictogram. Selecteer Document in het vervolgkeuzemenu. (Optioneel) Bewerk de tekst die je als link wilt weergeven. Selecteer een document uit je Bibliotheek. Klik op Invoegen.
Hoe voeg ik een bestand toe in constant contact?
Is al in de Bibliotheek — Selecteer het document uit de lijst. Je kunt het document downloaden om het te bekijken door op de documentnaam te klikken. Moet worden geüpload — Klik op de knop Een nieuw document uploaden om je document in je Bibliotheek te slepen en neer te zetten. Klik vervolgens op Bestanden uploaden en Gereed.
Hoe voeg je een document toe aan een e-mail?
Open een nieuw e-mailbericht. Klik op Herstellen vanuit de titelbalk (indien nodig) om de e-mail in een venster weer te geven. Navigeer in Windows Verkenner naar de gedeelde locatie die het bestand bevat, zoals een netwerkschijf. Klik met de rechtermuisknop en sleep het bestand in de body van je e-mail. Klik hier om een hyperlink te maken.
