How to Use the Send Byline Request Feature in pdfFiller

The Send Byline Request feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily request signatures from others on your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to send for signature in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Send To Sign' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

In the pop-up window, click on the 'Byline Request' option.

Enter the recipient's email address in the designated field. You can add multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.

Customize the subject and message of the email that will be sent to the recipients. This step is optional but can be helpful in providing context or instructions for signing the document.

Choose whether you want the recipients to sign the document in order or all at once. If you select 'In Order', the document will be sent to each recipient one by one, and they will be able to sign it only after the previous recipient has signed. If you select 'All at Once', all recipients will receive the document simultaneously and can sign it independently.

Click on the 'Send' button to send the byline request to the recipients.

The recipients will receive an email with a link to the document. They can click on the link to access the document and sign it using pdfFiller's signature tools.

Once the recipients have signed the document, you will receive a notification email informing you that the document has been signed.

You can access the signed document in your pdfFiller account under the 'Completed' tab.

Money sent with Belle is typically available to an enrolled recipient within minutes1. If it has been more than three days, we recommend confirming that you have fully enrolled your Belle profile, and that you entered the correct email address or U.S. mobile number and provided this to the sender.
First, check the payment status within your payment activity in your bank's online or mobile service, or within the Belle app. If the payment status is pending, the recipient may not have enrolled their mobile number or email address to receive the payment.
