What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.

Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.

Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form.
I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

As an online PDF editor, this service is perfect for me!
Most of my PDF work is minor editing and signing PDF forms and documents. PDFfiller does everything I need and the fact that I can upload documents directly to the site is fantastic!
The form creator isn't free, and you don't find this out until after you spend time creating your form. You have to subscribe in order to be able to download it. If you find it valuable, it's worth the price.

this is a great tool to edit documents. I have adobe premium version still i use this because it is easier to write on.

I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF…
Could NOT figure out how to sign a PDF in Adobe Acrobat to change my address with the IRS. Did it painlessly in PDF Filler. Thank you!

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
