This is an easy software to use. The first time I didn't realize it was a "for fee" product. I am glad I stuck with it and paid to use it. I am just signed up for the month and my husband and I are filling out job applications. It is really convenient!

Definitely works. Not sure if there is a way to make figures line up just a little better or have calculated fields, but definitely better than just using adobe acrobat

Example: US and Canada fax number format North American (the United States, Canada, most of the Caribbean, and U.S. territories in the Pacific) numbering format includes a 3 digit area code and a seven digit phone number.
A fax number is just a phone number that has a fax machine (or fax service, fax server, computer with fax software, etc.) connected to it. ... Some fax machines have a phone that can be used to test the connectivity of the phone line or to make phone calls.
Call 1-800-444-4444 for an easy way to find out your fax number. Your fax number is connected to a phone line, and the number associated with the phone line is your fax number. From the landline associated with the fax machine, call 1-800-444-4444, a toll-free line operated by MCI (a telecommunications company).
Since there is no way to know in advance what you are calling when you dial someone's "fax" number (i.e. a physical fax machine on a POTS line, an Internet Fax Service, or a dedicated fax server), even if the underlying service would allow an end-to-end voice call, the "device" on the other end may not.
Using two separate telephone lines offer the most flexibility because you can send and receive fax messages and telephone calls at the same time. When the devices share a single phone line, you cannot receive a fax while using the telephone and vice versa.
The number of digits in those countries' fax numbers will be different based on the country as well. For example, phone and fax numbers from the United Kingdom will have 5 to 8 digits when dialing locally, or 9 to 10 digits when calling a location outside of the current area code.
To dial a fax number within the same area code, only the 8 digit number is dialed, for a total of 8 digits. To dial the same fax number from within a different area code, a leading '0' is dialed, then the area code (1 digit), then the eight digit local number, for a total of 10 digits.
For documents that contain mostly text it usually takes approximately 1 minute per page for the document to be delivered. For documents that contain graphics (e.g. scans of documents), or for faxes that are being sent through a slow phone line, it may easily take 5 minutes per page or more to be delivered.
In the fax number format, the country code for India is 91, and the India area code is 2 to 4 digits. Local numbers are 6 to 8 digits in India. Area code plus local number in total should be 10 digits. Adding the 2 digit international calling code or country code of 91 brings the fax number to 12 digits in total.
The country code (the number 1 for US phones and fax numbers) will also sometimes need to be dialed before local numbers but only when the area code is also required. The country code is almost always necessary to dial long distance numbers.
