What do you like best? Ease of use, flexibility of tools and automatic saving. Full encompassing product, re-write, over test, add images, move fields, add e-signatures, and complete forms. All gets saved in a highly professional manner, and saved automatically to my own personal files. What do you dislike? Having to re-verify login each time I visit the site often with delay whilst an email arrives, sometimes have to click through multiple screens. 1) Go to Word Preferences and choose Ribbon. 3) You now have a Developer tab on your Ribbon. Click on that tab and you can now turn on and off the form field shading. In older versions of Word, you can turn off the form shading fields by using the Forms Toolbar under Tools.
When found, click the option to open the 'Word Options' dialog box displays. When the 'Word Options' dialog box appears, click Advanced button. Next, scroll down to the Show document content section and locate Field shading option. Thereafter, click on the drop-down arrow of the option and select Never.
On the Developer tab, click Design Mode. The gray shading in the legacy form field. In the Controls group, click Legacy Tools. Click Form Field Shading. Click Design Mode again to toggle it off.
Removing Fields from Original Documents Press CTRL+A on your keyboard to select all the text within the document. Press CTRL+SHIFT+F9 on your keyboard. This will remove the field codes, replacing them with the text they contained. Save the document.
Select the text that you want to remove highlighting from, or press Ctrl+A to select all of the text in the document. On the Home tab, click the arrow next to Text Highlight Color. Click No Color.
Click on "Forms" to bring up the toolbar. Click on the "Office" button, then go to "Word Options." Click on "Advanced" and uncheck the option to display field codes.
Click the border of the text box that you want to delete, and then press DELETE. ... To delete multiple check boxes at the same time, hold down CTRL, and click the border of each text box in turn, and then press DELETE.
Locate the Date/Time field, right-click the header row (the name), and click Delete Field.
Open the Word document. Press CTRL+A on your keyboard to select all the text within the document. Right-click, then click Toggle Field Codes. Press CTRL+SHIFT+F9 on your keyboard. This will remove the field codes, replacing them with the text they contained. Save the document.
