Copy your list or spreadsheet items. Open Trello and choose the appropriate board. Create a list to house your new checklist and any additional cards you may require. Click Save. Add a card to the list. Title your card and press Add. Click the new card to maximize it. Click the Checklist button at the right side.
You can easily import items from a list (or a spreadsheet) to a checklist as long as each item is on a separate line. Copy the list items and paste them in to the "Add item" field in your checklist and press 'enter.' A separate checklist item will be created for each listed item.

The most straightforward way to move a card is to simply click and drag the card up and down in the same list or between lists. To move a card to a different board, click the context menu in the top right of the card and choose "Move." You can move a card to another board from the card's menu.
Moving labels between boards A quick way to copy labels from one board to another, is to create a temporary card and add any labels that you would like to move over to that card. Then, you can move the card to the destination board, and all of the labels will be created for you.
