Very easy to use I am excited to learn all the features the software has to offer. I am so happy i can take current PDF files and turn them into filliable files. This has been very helpful as i started this position and can't always find fillable files.

Also, from page 292 of the APA Manual: "Enclose direct quotations within a block quotation in double quotation marks. In a quotation in running text that is already enclosed in double quotation marks, use single quotation marks to enclose quoted material."
Keep the author and year of publication together. Use quotation marks to identify the exact words of the author. Include the page number in parentheses immediately after the direct quote. Place the period after the parentheses.
Your in-text citation should include both authors: the author(s) of the original source and the author(s) of the secondary source. For example: (Habermehl, 1985, as cited in Kersten, 1987). In your reference list you should provide the details of the secondary source (the source you read).

In-text citations include the last name of the author followed by a page number enclosed in parentheses. "Here's a direct quote" (Smith 8). If the author's name is not given, then use the first word or words of the title.
A Guide to Referencing your Work The name, date and page reference of the work in which information originated should appear first, followed by 'cited' and then the name etc. of the work in which the information was found. Only the work you have read should appear in the reference list at the end of the work.
MLA format follows the author-page method of in-text citation. This means that the author's last name and the page number(s) from which the quotation or paraphrase is taken must appear in the text, and a complete reference should appear on your Works Cited page.
Select the portion of the secondary source that you want to quote. ... Introduce the secondary source quote in your writing. ... Use double quotation marks around the secondary source's passage. ... Use single quotation marks around the quoted portion. ... Add a parenthetical citation. ... Add an entry on your works cited list.
