This is a pretty good tool to use for filling out, signing, sending, and working on high school scholarships! you can open .pdf files right on the program and fill them out and even sign them and email them to the recipient. The only downside is the cost, its kind of ridiculous in price.

Worth the money I've been subscribing to this service for several years! I love it! It's nice to be able to start on my laptop or phone and pick up where I left off on the other device. The download notification feature is nice because it ensures the person got your email and actually downloaded the file. Will maintain my subscription for the immediate future.

What do you like best? I like the fact that it is a browser-based software, no download required. What do you dislike? That fact I most dislike is that you can't pay per use, as I don't edit pdfs very often. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to cancel your subscription after you are done using it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem I was solving using this was filling out a housing application for an apartment. This was very helpful and even better than acrobat in terms of placing text.

References. If your tenants have rented privately before, you can try to get a reference from a previous landlord or agent. A reference should only be concerned with the tenant's ability to carry out his or her rental obligations.
Credit Grantor is someone who is has given you some form of credit in the past. In terms of rental applications, they're generally old landlords. But it can also be banks that provided you with a credit card, personal loan, etc.
One thing that is commonly found on rental applications is the request for personal, or character, references. As a landlord, you want to do a comprehensive background check on the tenant which includes calling tenant references.
Whom to Ask for a Character Reference Character references can be provided by neighbors, business acquaintances, family friends, teachers, and clients. If you volunteer, a leader or other members of the organization can be used as personal references.
We tend to dig for data from landlords and employers and seek to verify contact details on the personal reference. The personal or character references are generally not family members, but may be friends, co-workers, business associates or others that the applicant feels would provide a positive reference.
