User interface can be better
This is a pretty good website to merge pdfs. Overall has everything you need. I do believe the user interface can be easier to use for those who aren't as tech savvy.

DELETE requires a COMMIT, but TRUNCATE does not.

TRUNCATE is a DDL command so it doesn't need an explicit commit because calling it executes an implicit commit. From a system design perspective a transaction is a business unit of work.
