The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

I really have needed a tool like this to turn a number of internal business documents into fillable forms. Do not want to have to buy a typewriter to do the tasks PDF filler can do so easily. PDF filler works better than the pdf editor app that is installed on my computer with Microsoft and Windows 11. I haven't tried all the features available yet, but so far I like the program.

How do you rotate a scanned PDF for free?

How do I fix a PDF that is upside down?
If you need to rotate a single PDF page or image, click on it with the right mouse button and select Rotate Left or Rotate Right from the context menu. The page or image will be rotated through 90 degrees to the left or to the right. If you want to turn the page or image upside down, select Rotate 180°.
