I really like the application a lot. I am finding the fact that you do not have a field value setting which comes in handy for allowing a Check Mark to have a Value and Calculate costs based on Check Marks or Drop Down Menus. I also would love a copy and paste a single field, this comes in handy for repetitive drop down menus. Prepopulating a field from an earlier field value would be great in helping people not have to enter same information more than once.

When multiple people agree to rent a home or unit at the same time, they will often put all their names on a lease. Legally, anyone who signs a lease no matter how many people are named will be held responsible for payment of rent for the entire duration of the lease.
Yes, someone can live with the tenant without being on the lease. However, it is important to distinguish the difference between a guest and a long-term guest.
If a person moves in and is not on the lease, but the leaseholder moves out, they have no legal means of taking over the property and asserting their right to live there. It also means you can't use the landlord as a rental reference. Yes, it's possible, but it depends on the landlord, the lease, and local laws.
Leases usually contain the rules under which you rent your house or apartment, and if it says that every occupant needs to be on the lease, everyone needs to sign it. However, if a lease doesn't have this provision, then the only people who need to sign the lease are the people responsible for paying the rent.
The court might require your landlord to get involved in evicting someone who's not on your lease, which will bring to his attention that you violated the lease by letting someone else move in. This could lead to your eviction as well because you broke the lease.
Simply put, you are not required to accept your landlord's offer to put your boyfriend on the lease, but it may be the only way to legally establish his residence in the building. You prefer that he resides in the unit as a subtenant, that his lease is with you rather than the landlord.
All tenants above the age of 18 need to sign the lease. Every tenant who signs is legally responsible for terms and rules on the lease, including the full rent amount. If you're renting to a couple, make sure both partners sign.
