Adapt Nickname Application: full-featured PDF editor

The Portable Document Format or PDF is one of the most popular document format for various reasons. It's accessible on any device, so you can share files between gadgets with different screens and settings. PDFs will appear the same, regardless of whether you open it on a Mac, a Microsoft one or use a phone.

The next point is data security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's risk-free to share any sensitive data in them from person to person. Using online solutions, it is possible to track a viewing history to find out who had access to it before.

pdfFiller is an online editor that lets you create, modify, sign, and send PDF using just one browser window. The editor is integrated with major Arms and allows users to sign and edit documents from Google Docs and Office 365. Forward it to others by email, fax or via sharing link, and get a notification when someone opens and fills it out.

Use editing tools to type in text, annotate and highlight. Add fillable fields and send for signing. Change a document’s page order. Add images into your PDF and edit its appearance. Ask your recipient to complete the document and request an attachment if needed. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud storage.

What do you like best?
Create and save editable PDFs in one secure spot. Getting verified signatures with a time stamp is great.
What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Sending contracts for signatures to clients.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
In short, you can use your chosen or preferred name throughout your job search, as long as you provide your legal name when it comes time for a background check. If you go by a nickname and don't mind sharing your legal name, you can put this on your resume like these: AIU King Suzie Li or Robert Bobby Doe.
Putting a name that you go by other than your birth name on your resume is totally acceptable, so long as it's formatted correctly. So long as you use appropriate and preferred methods for doing so, putting a nickname on your resume is an easy edit to make!
Yes, as long as the nickname is sufficient to identify you as party to the contract, but generally a full legal name is better able to do this.
Usually, a nickname is placed directly after the official first name, and is surrounded by quotation marks, to distinguish it from the components of the real name.
As a general rule of thumb, any nickname that is just a shorter version of your given name is fine for the workplace, says Amanda Augustine, career expert at Theaters. Salem agrees that you can make a nickname work in any occupation so long as “you own it, and you're proud, and you're professional.”
A preferred name is a first name (i.e., given name) that may be chosen to be used instead of legal first name. Students may opt to go by a preferred name that is different from their legal first name. However, whenever possible, preferred name will be used.
A preferred name (sometimes known as a chosen name, a nickname, or a name-in-use) is the use of a name, usually a first name, that is different from a person's legal name.
A resume is not a legal document, so it is acceptable to use your preferred name. Some individuals prefer to list their first initial followed by their preferred name (e.g., T. Michelle Richards) or identify their preferred name in quotes (e.g., Taylor Michelle Richards).
