Quite good!Only after I finished, did I see that the date next to my signature at the bottom was misaligned and printing over some text on the form. So, I had to go back to edit that. Very helpful tool, though!

OFFSET can be used with any function expecting a reference argument. For example, the formula SUM(OFFSET(C2,1,2,3,1)) calculates the total value of a 3-row by 1-column range that is 1 row below and 2 columns to the right of cell C2.
In a nutshell, the OFFSET formula returns a reference to a range that is offset from a starting cell or a range of cells by a specified number of rows and columns.
Example 1: =SUM(OFFSET($A3,0,2,1,3)) equals the sum of the range C3:E3. Starting with cell A3, OFFSET shifts zero rows and two columns to the right. Then it returns a reference that is one row high and three columns wide. Example 2: =SUM(OFFSET(D2,2,0,2)) equals the sum of the range D4:D5.
