A little difficult navigating. There is no clear description of what some of the functions are. Would be helpful to maybe add a description as you hover over a button, or at least give a description of what the function does when you click on it.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. The only real flaw in my opinion is the lack of clarity about the free trial. The user can modify his document and only when downloading it he is asked to register with a payment method. This can be confusing and irritating if you don't know it beforehand.
