When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! I love it, it's more user friendly and reasonable than Adobe filler and keeps changes, doesn't always work that way with Adobe. The only thing is it needs alignment buttons, like center, left or right justified. Setting up new forms requires much counting spaces to center. Other than that am happy thus far with the program.

Nice applications, sometimes doesn't move real smoothe from one blank to the next if you do not need to fill in for that one it seems to get stuck and has a lag, but over all, nice program.

The only problem I have is, if I highlight a word or group of words and I want to take it off, it is very difficult to undo. I spent 2.5 hours last night trying to do just so.

It's not as intuitive as I hoped to use the mobile apps, and it seems there are many steps to doing the main process which led me to purchase PSF filler--uploading and emailing HIPAA related documents that I've photographed. I'm sure there'll be a learning curve, however, so I am still hopeful.
With two helpful and timely chat guidance, I was able to resolve my problems with scanning and uploading photographed documents quickly. I still wish the mobile app allowed me to rename the document so that I wouldn't have to fiddle with it later in the browser app, but am happy with many other features at this point.

Wow! Customer service is A1!I needed to fill out some forms for an outfit, a one-time thing, and signed up for the trial month.Later in the month I tried to cancel the trial period before my credit card was charged the $20, but I forgot which email account I'd used to sign up, so I was unable to log in to my PDFfiller account.Today, when I received the email saying my credit card was charged the $20, I was able to contact PDFfiller since I now knew which account I'd used. I contacted them via "Contact Support" in their website and explained my situation. OMG! When it said I should receive an email in 20 minutes or less, I was thinking, "Yeah, right!" but it was literally only minutes before I received an email saying they would be glad to cancel the subscription and refund my money.If I ever need this type of service on a more regular basis, I will definitely be signing up with this company!
