It can be great, but it's a little buggy at times. The signature feature often crashes the signer's device, whether mobile or desktop, and the API integration with Zapier is very finicky as well.

Great features, love the ruler that lets you type straight every line unlike Adobe Acrobat. I really like the compatibility with mobile phones to create your digital signature. Overall I was quite happy and impressed with the software. It would be great if the trial period was longer.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. PdfFiller works like a charm and Customer Support is great. I use pdfFiller more than I expected I would and for routine tasks such as filling out and sending important documents via USPS Regular Mail and Certified Mail, PdfFiller saves me time and effort. The PDF filler is amazing. It has solved me in so many situations since being in isolation due to the fact that I do not have a printer. So easy to use. The only feedback is the date component is fiddly and doesn't always work but other than that - perfect.

How do I change PDF options in Edge?
Default application for opening PDF files changes to Microsoft... Open Microsoft Edge. Click on the three dots (…) from the right top corner. Select Settings from the drop down and click on Site permissions from the left pane. Scroll down and click on PDF, Toggle the switch to On for Always open PDF files externally.
