So far so good. The only thing I was confused on was that I was able to edit a document before actually registering. Then, finding out later, I could not even print the document without registering. I am not complaining, I was just confused. I am a senior !!

Limited capabilities on iPad. Would be nice to have drawing tools on iPad. Also can't copy and paste between two forms, so if you need to have the same info on two forms, it's somewhat cumbersome. That said, not bad for the price.

Just downloaded the software for a rush application. Works great. Much better than some I've tried. Very low learning curve. I was finished with with a four page job application in less than 30 minutes. Now that I have learned the simple controls I can do it in 10.

My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

The forms are easy to fill out and the online chat help was great. But I was a little confused when I was first starting and seemingly just thrown into the fire so to speak after what I thought was just filling in a form and really didn't have a 'how to video' before I was already in ther.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. It is a little difficult to figure out how to load an existing form with the saved name. I also had to Google how to enlarge the font. Most of the help directions are outdated, but I did finally figure it out after a lot of wasted time. I DO like the program in general and love being able to convert and save in a different format.

Would be better if you didn't have to input personal card information for a one time use on a free item. Other than that, good experience because it was easy to navigate.
