The price is kind of crazy, I am a single mother of 3 and I am on a limited budget. The program itself is fantastic, but the price is hard for me to justify buying. :(

just started using the product and it works very well. The only thing is that I will use it for the forms I need to fill out and then will cancel since I won't need to use the product after 30 days. You should have a one time fee.

What do you like best?
Ability to use templates was the most helpful. I like PDF filler because I can encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. It's fairly easy to use but the interface isn't great.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is not intuitive for me. I liked all other features and don't have much bad to say. I'll continue to refer people.

What do you like best?
I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link.
What do you dislike?
The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me.

We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.

The extra options such as notary and other things like fax are not free or easily accessible to find out how they work in advance.

Converting PDF to JPG is a huge problem being solved. Also, easily changing a date on a flyer that is a PDF.

How can I add someone to my lease?
Step 1: Obtain a Written Request. Invite the tenant to submit in writing the request to add another person to the lease. Step 2: Check the Property's Occupancy Limit. Step 3: Acquire a Completed Rental Application. Step 4: Make a Decision. Step 5: Review the Details With the Tenants.
Can I add another person to my lease?
Talk to your landlord about adding someone to the lease agreement. You can't just move someone in without his permission. For example, adding another person may exceed your apartment's occupancy limit or the landlord may be unable to allow it because of the city's ordinances on apartment occupancy.
How hard is it to add someone to a lease?
Yes, he absolutely must be on the lease. He would be an unauthorized occupant otherwise, and you could get evicted. You can add someone mid-lease, but it's up to your landlord. He'll likely have to fill out an application, pay an application fee, get approved and have a new lease drawn.
Can I add my girlfriend to my lease?

If the primary borrower on the co-signed lease stops making payments, it could affect your ability to get an apartment rental lease in your own name. When the primary borrower defaults on his lease, the landlord may evict the tenant, send the debt to a collection agency or sue you in civil court.

You can add someone mid-lease, but it's up to your landlord. He'll likely have to fill out an application, pay an application fee, get approved and have a new lease drawn. Keep in mind that it's up to the landlord on whether he wants to add a new tenant.
Can I live with my boyfriend without being on the lease?
