It is intuitive, easy to use, provides adequate help for new users requiring guidance, and provides flexible outlets for PDF use. On the down side, I do not require a secure connection for my PDF work, and the lag in loading and saving my changes & files is distracting and unpleasant.

Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. Also, when you need your signature on something you are working on, pdfFiller is wonderful for that. I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. They done all of this within a matter of hours no questions asked they simply helped me with my request straight away. This kinda service was A++++ I would recommend them also the PDF filler is so easy to use and navigate I will be using this quite often.

I love this program
I love this program! I am able to easily create PDFs and sign them with a verified signature. It just showed me how to merge two documents into one. Great program!

I tried the software and then cancelled…
I tried the software and then cancelled it. For me it was too challenging to use. However they still charged my account for a year up front. I didn't authorize that. I called and requested a refund and they gave one right away, so they said. It was just today I requested a refund so I will check my account in a few days to see if they actually sent it. If you don't see a complaint from me here on Trust Pilot then PDFFiller honored my request. My name is MarioV.
