As a freelancer I use PDF Filler to complete W9 forms - it's great!
PDF Filler is simple, easy to use, and creates professional documents that are easily accepted by employers and large corporations.
The exporting workflow is a little confusing - at least for their IRS W9 Form. Instead of just pressing a button to save the file to my phone I had to email it to myself in order to obtain it. This may have just been my ignorance, however. All in all, PDF Filler is a great help!

jI just started exploring for virtual Notary options. Too early to give a proper opinion.
This is when I signed up for a free trial, I do believe I also signed up for for your annual service, however, my queries for my Notary requirements are not CONFIRMED YET WHICH MIGHT CHANGE MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION COMITMENT. I also need confirmation on the forms I will be focusing on for Immigration and Passport requirements,
hope I get a response before I need to consider my annual commitment date BEFORE it is here!
I am available eastern time M-F 11a-1p and 5pm-9pm .

How do I change the bookmark icon in a PDF?
Press the "Options" icon in the Bookmark panel to open the Options menu. Manage a bookmark(s) using the Options menu: change bookmark appearance, set bookmark destination, print, rename, delete and etc.
How do I change the arrow in a PDF?
Add a line, arrow, or shape Choose Tools > Comment. Draw in the PDF: To edit or resize the markup, select it and drag one of the handles to make your adjustments. To add a pop-up note to the markup, select the Hand tool, and double-click the markup. (Optional) Click the close button in the pop-up note.
How do I change the cursor on a PDF?
Choose Extras Settings Tools Cursor, activate Display cursor instead of pen tip and select a cursor.
