The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.
So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

My only two complaints are the price and the fact that if you only want one page out of a file with a lot of pages... it seems the only way to "quickly" do it is to go in and individually delete each unwanted page. Otherwise, it does most of what I want.

I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.

This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

ISSUE TOTALLY RESOLVED
My issue with PDF Filler had been totally resolved. Their customer service reached out to me and took care of this billing issue within 48 hours.

So far it has delivered on it's promises. Easy to use. Affordable. Customer Service is lacking helping with billing and establishing business account, but the product itself is great.

How to Use the Adjust Conditional Field Log Feature in pdfFiller
The Adjust Conditional Field Log feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily manage and modify conditional fields in your documents. Follow these steps to make the most of this feature:

Open the document you want to work with in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Adjust Conditional Field Log' button located in the toolbar.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, displaying a list of all the conditional fields in the document.

To adjust a specific conditional field, click on its name in the sidebar.

The selected conditional field will be highlighted in the document, making it easier for you to locate and modify.

Use the options in the sidebar to make adjustments to the selected conditional field. You can change its visibility, required status, default value, and more.
