This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. Excellent product but my learning curve is quite steep. I am not familiar with a lot of things younger users are familiar with. Leads to a lot of fumbling around, but the on-line service chats were very helpful.

Too many going back and forth tasks to complete a form. You need to make this more friendly for the user not experienced. Make it like MS Word with what is available from the subscription, as for example: when I needed to use the eraser, it brought me to a screen to purchase to get, even though I have a monthly subscription. Not fair.

It popped up along with a State of FL form that I needed to complete. I'm annoyed that they didn't tell me right from the start that you could only use it with a paid prescription.

Its good for the most part - the downside is it doesnt open for me on the first try and it asks me to sign in everytime i need to print or save a doc. even though I pay for the service. Annoying that it doesnt recognize me when I use the app.

Most professional easy to use app
I'm not IT savy, however this program makes editing PDF's so easy and fast with a professional finish, I would recommend it to anyone.
