At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Very limited use so far. Can't figure out how to select another form, either of the same type just completed or a different form without going back to the start page manually. Otherwise so far so good.

Still getting used the program but like it a lot!
I love it -- it helped me fill in some VA medical forms and made them look very professional, plus I could go back and edit as needed. It also allows me to save, print, and email. There are many other features too!

Great Service - Great Support Team
I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

Awesome platform for everything to with PDFs. Would thoroughly recommend if you have document collation to do or any other form of PDF editing. The icing on the cake is the fast, polite and friendly customer service team.

When I realized I had to solve a problem involving this company, I prepared myself for a multi-day, inconvenient annoyance. Instead, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a prompt reply which ended swiftly in a satisfactory way ... even though it turned out to be my own fault! I used the program for only one item but I "poked around" in it to get a better handle on it. For anyone using PDF's on an almost daily basis, I'm sure pdfFiller would be an extremely useful tool.
