Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

This has been a great tool for me
This has been a great tool for me. Trying to apply for a new apartment has been difficult due to the quarantine but this allowed us to sign and fill out whatever we need with little interaction with others. The 30 day fee trial was great for me and I will recommend this to anyone who might need it.

How do I save a PDF as read-only?
Click File and Save As to save the read-only version of your PDF to your computer. Browse to your desired save location and click “Save.”
How do you create a document that Cannot be copied or printed?
Click File > Info > Protect Document and select Restrict Editing. Your document then displays a Restrict Editing pane on the right-hand side of the document for formatting and editing restrictions.
How do you create a Word document that Cannot be copied or printed?
Click File > Info > Protect Document and select Restrict Editing. Your document then displays a Restrict Editing pane on the right-hand side of the document for formatting and editing restrictions.
How do I protect a PDF from being copied?
Open your PDF.
Go to Protect Tab.
Click Password.
Enter Password.
Select the Printing allowed dropdown.
Select None means to prevent printing.
How do I protect a Word document from being copied?
Use the Microsoft Office button to open your Word document. Use the “Review” tab to access “Protect Document.”
Select the format, edit and start time for the restrictions.
Choose “No changes (Read-only)” under the “Editing Restrictions.” Click “Yes, Start Enforcing Protection” under “Start Enforcement.”
