I have used PDF Filler for many years now, it is easy to use and there are many features that it does have that I don't use. If you use this tool to the max, it will benefit any company.
Nothing really to mention about that is bad about this program....I know there are a lot of features that I don't use, that I would like to learn how to integrate into my company.

What is the venue on a notary certificate?
Venue is the state and county where the notarization took place, in other words, where the signer appeared before the notary. It must be within the jurisdiction of the notary.
What information should be entered in the venue section of a notarial certificate?
When completing the venue section of a document or certificate, the notary public should only specify the state and region in which the notarial act took place. The venue does nor refer to the notary's hometown, state of commission, state in which the bond is filed, nor any other region.
What is the venue in a notary certificate?
The venue denotes where the actual notarization took place, not where your bond is filed, where you live or where you hold your commission. Even though the certificate is the province of the Notary, it will sometimes be completed before the Notary receives the document and not always correctly.
What do you write when you notarize a document?
Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you personally know this person as (name of person whose signature is to be notarized), and that he/she is the person named in the document to be notarized (so help you God)? How do you fill out a notary section?

Where does a notary sign on a document?
Make sure the document has a space for the notary to sign and place their seal. This is usually near the end of the document or near the place where you will sign. The seal and signature of the notary public serves as an authenticating mark.
Where does the notary stamp go on a document?
Usually the stamp or seal is placed near the notary signature. The stamp or seal should not interfere with reading anything on the document. Sometimes there is the word seal in brackets [Seal] or the Latin words Locus Still or L.S. meaning location of the seal.
