The first time I downloaded the software, I mistakenly selected the one for use with Microsoft and all features did not work on my Chromebook. After going back I found the correct program for use with Chrome. The only problem I still have is creating my signature which I have described below under features to add.

I really recommend this software, just get a good internet connection or else you might get a bit frustrated.
This software is really good for filling pdfs my clients send me and then sign them at ease, and the fact that you can use an extension for your mail and edit online without having to download saves a lot of time
Living in a country where slow internet connection is a constant problem, working with this software can be a pain sometime.

Can you amend a resolution?
Amending Resolutions. Even with the best of planning, resolutions presented at general meetings can sometimes require amendments to be made to them. Either due to an error, oversight or the wishes of those present at the meeting.
How do I rescind a resolution?
The motion to Rescind (or repeal or annul) is used to cancel a motion altogether. The motion to Amend Something Previously Adopted is used to make a change to a motion either by making a simple change or two or by substituting something else in its place.
How do I rescind a board resolution?
Yes you can rescind a resolution passed in a Board Meeting. As decided in Carla & Co. in re. (1889) a resolution can be rescinded or varied already recorded and signed in the minute book by passing a fresh resolution modifying the earlier resolution.
How do you overturn a motion?
Rescind, Repeal, or Annul. To rescind is identical with the motion to amend something previously adopted, by striking out the entire by-law, rule, resolution, section, or paragraph, and is subject to all the limitations as to notice and vote that may be placed by the rules on similar amendments.
How do you reconsider a motion?
To properly handle a motion to reconsider, a member who voted on the prevailing side is recognized by the chair and moves to reconsider the vote. Any other member seconds the motion. The chair restates the motion to reconsider as pending and asks for debate.
Can a motion be amended?
If an amendment is adopted, the motion it's applied to changes. However, the amended motion itself is not adopted until the motion, as amended, is voted on and passes. If a motion to amend fails, the original motion is not changed in any way.
Can a passed motion be amended?
The motion to reconsider can be seconded by anyone and requires a majority to pass. The board can now make a motion to amend it, or they can discuss and re-vote it as it is. Amend something previously adopted — is a change motion that can be made only if no action has been taken on the original motion.
What are three ways to amend a motion?
Inserting or adding words or paragraphs. Striking out words or paragraphs. Striking out words and inserting or adding others, or substituting an entire paragraph or complete resolution for another.
