Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

So far I have been satisfied with finding the forms that I need. However, I don't fax things and just wandering if that is included in the amount that I paid of $ 120.00.

I loved using the program. It helped on saving paper while allowing to update documents without having to print, use white out, and scan the updated document. It was really the only feature I used, but i know there was so much more to the program. I would love if they created a pay option that was cheaper than basic or reduced the price of basic for those of us who just need it for one or two functions. It was very easy to use and i wish i needed it for other things. Overall still a great program and i would recommend it to anyone. I am only giving it 4 stars due to me just not needing it for a whole lot.

What do you like best?
The Best Part is the Ease of Use and very intuitive.. The ease of editing any PDF files and so easy to send my real estate contracts to be signed from anywhere!!! And it is Priced just right!!!
What do you dislike?
Hummm.... I really can not think of any! At first it was hard to navigate, but once you know where everything is .. its very easy.. I really don't know why anyone would use DocuSign, the y charge so much for so little.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would give it a try.. I did and love it.. so easy to use.. and so affordable.

I mainly use Pdf Filler for having real estate contracts signed by my sellers & buyers.. but its great for editing any pdf file..

Excellent, fair, easy to use.
pdfFiller has solved all my previous headaches. Receiving a PDF in the past was always a nightmare and I could never fill it out and it would lead to me printing and scanning. It was just a nightmare. pdfFiller solves all of that.
I love how easy to use it is and it has all of the features that I always wanted. I always hated PDFs because they always made things complicated and I couldn't mark up, sign, or make the changes that I needed to. This tool is inexpensive and solves all of my issues with PDFs.
The inability to be able to completed change wording. I have not figured out how to do that. In addition, I would like to see if it can integrate with our other software.

The level of communication the team has…
The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team

I liked that is had documents on hand that I needed and was able to manipulated them and submit them for the purpose I needed them for.
It was a little tricky to use at first, but quickly figured it out.

How do I change the amount of time before my computer logs off?
Go to Control Panel, click on Personalization, and then click on Screen Saver at the bottom right. Make sure the setting is set to None. Sometimes if the screen saver is set to Blank and the wait time is 15 minutes, it'll look like your screen has turned off.
How do I change the time before my computer locks Windows 10?
Click the Start menu and type Power Options and hit Enter to open Power Options. In the Power Options window, click Change plan settings In the Change Plan Settings window, click the Change advanced power settings link.
How do I stop the computer from locking when idle?
Right-click an area of the open Windows desktop, click Personalize, then click the Screen Saver icon. Click the Change power settings link in the Screen Saver Settings window.
How do I stop my computer from locking after 15 minutes Windows 10?
Select “Enabled” and set the setting showing “Number of seconds to enable the screen saver” to the number of seconds of inactivity after which you want the screen to lock. For instance, for 15 minutes set it to 900, or for 10 minutes, set it to 600. Click OK.
How do I extend log off time?
Go to “Appearance and Personalization” Click on “Change screen saver” underneath Personalization on the right (or search in the top right as the option appears to be gone in recent version of Windows 10) Under Screen saver, there is an option to wait for “x” minutes to show the log off-screen (See below)
How do I change the log-off time?
Press Windows icon key on the keyboard, type Settings and select the top most search result. Select Personalization and click on Lock screen from the left side panel of the window. Click on Screen timeout settings and set the time limit or Never select from the drop-down bar under Screen option.
