I have been a short time user. I downloaded a document; tried to then sign it, which was ok, but when I downloaded it did not pick up the entire form; all preprinted matter on the form did not download to the email I sent.

I like how easy it is to create forms and to fill out PDF forms. I also like the mobile app.

It's a bit slow, and sometimes crashes, requiring you to start over

I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc.

It's not cheap, limited to uploading 5 docs

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

Is painting considered an alteration?
Painting is considered a major alteration. Additionally, paint can stain and damage the premises if it is not applied correctly.
Are renters allowed to paint?
Tenants should always get their landlord's permission to paint. If your tenant paints without your blessing, you can deduct from their security deposit the amount it will cost to repaint, assuming they don't return it to the original color before departing.
