There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I was charged a subscription fee and I didn't understand why, so I contacted the company via chat. The agent that assisted me was amazing!! She totally understood and was very helpful. She was extremely professional. I really expected that this was going to be a very unpleasant experience for me, but it was absolutely pleasant and positive! Thank you! I would give many more stars if I could.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Free trial review I'm a student and used the free trial. It was quite easy to use. In addition to that, I forgot to cancel my subscription, but they had an online chat that handled that quickly and efficiently which was very appreciated. Overall a good experience.

Find the appointment you want to edit. Click on the appointment. At the top of the details, click the Edit button. You will then be able to go through and change the appointment type, calendar, client information and more. Once you've made the changes you want, click Save Changes.
How to Customize Acuity Scheduling for Your Agency. 1. Log into your Acuity Scheduling portal, head to “Client's Scheduling Page,” customize any settings you want to change under “Appearance,” and then head over to “Advanced CSS.”
Go to Business Settings > Availability > Calendars, find the calendar you're interested in, and click the Calendar Settings button. Hit Add new location. Type in your location and click the Save button. Click the Save Changes button.

To edit or update a meeting in outlook on behalf of someone else you've to be a delegate, you can also edit or cancel meetings on behalf of the calendar owner. As a delegate, you get a permission to edit or update a meeting on the calendar. You can easily edit or make the change at the meeting.
You can't reschedule the meeting without the organizer (the person who originally created the meeting). You'll either have to A) hop onto his account, b) bother an admin or C) create a new meeting. C is the preferred route. Then just get everyone to accept the invite.
